井底煤仓修复设计及工程实践

摘要: 井底煤仓是矿井煤炭运输关键环节之一,其修复治理难度大。在分析了干河煤矿井底煤仓破损垮塌的原因基础上,提出了合理可行的修复设计方案,即以“锚索网+内套双层钢筋混凝土仓壁复合支护”为主,壁后垮塌空间混凝土充填,对铝质泥岩段岩层特殊处理。研究了新旧仓壁及围岩各关键点位连接形式,明确了施工步骤,并给出了效果评价。结果表明,设计可保障施工人员、设备安全,改善仓壁受力状态,修复后井底煤仓稳定耐用,确保矿井的安全生产。

Abstract: Abstract: Shaft coal bunker is a key link in coal mine transportation, its repair and control is difficult. Collapse reason of the coal bunker breakage and surrounding rock collapse in Ganhe coal mine is analyzed in detail, and determines the reasonable and feasible repair design scheme. In the structure design composite support scheme, including anchor, net and reinforce concrete lining. Filling collapsed space with concrete, and do special treatment on the aluminum mudstone strata. Refine the connection form of the key points of the two caol bunker wall and surrounding rock, and the construction steps and effect evaluation was given. The results show that the design can guarantee the construction personnel, equipment safety, improve the caol bunker wall stress state, after the restoration of the shaft coal bunker more stable and durable, to ensure the safe production of the mine.
